Offshore Live Results is an independently operated, unofficial tournament-results display.
1. Acceptance
Accessing or using the site constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Independent and Unofficial Service
Offshore Live Results is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc. It is not affiliated with participating teams, boats, sponsors, tournament officials, or related organizations. Tournament, event, boat, and team references are descriptive only. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as an official communication from the tournament.
3. Informational Purpose
The site reorganizes and displays publicly available tournament information for convenience. Information may be preliminary, delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unofficial. Users must rely on official tournament announcements, officials, committees, rules, and certified results for official matters.
The site must not be relied upon for prize or award determinations, protests, release-credit decisions, rule compliance, navigation, vessel or personal safety, lines-in times, stop-fishing times, dock deadlines, reporting requirements, strategy, or other consequential decisions.
4. OFFICIAL RESULTS AND DISPUTES
Offshore Live Results is an independent convenience display and is not an official scoring, protest, certification, or tournament-administration system. If any discrepancy exists between this site and information maintained or announced by Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc., its tournament committee, officials, representatives, or official systems, the official tournament information and decisions control.
Users must direct score disputes, protests, release-credit questions, award questions, deadline issues, and other tournament matters to Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc. or its designated officials. Offshore Live Results has no authority to investigate, resolve, alter, certify, approve, reject, or adjudicate tournament results or disputes. Nothing displayed by Offshore Live Results creates a right to points, placement, awards, protest relief, or other tournament action.
Offshore Live Results is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, rejected protests, award determinations, strategic decisions, missed deadlines, or other consequences arising from reliance on delayed, incomplete, corrected, or inaccurate information displayed by the site. All disclaimers and liability limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Data Accuracy and Timeliness
No warranty is made that scores, standings, rankings, fish counts, movement indicators, clocks, countdowns, day splits, or other information are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Upstream data may be delayed or corrected. Errors may result from reporting, source data, caching, network failure, parsing, software defects, or other technical issues. The site may update, correct, remove, or change displayed information at any time.
The site does not provide individual catch or release times. The dashboard's "Results Updated" time indicates when the dashboard refreshed successfully, not when a fish was caught, released, reported, or officially entered.
6. Clocks, Countdowns, and Deadlines
Clocks and countdowns are convenience features only. Official lines-in, stop-fishing, reporting, protest, weigh-in, and dock deadlines are controlled exclusively by Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc. and its officials. Users must independently verify all tournament times and deadlines. No warranty is made regarding clock synchronization, timezone calculation, browser time, or availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The original software, interface design, original layout expression, written copy, and original graphics associated with Offshore Live Results are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership is claimed over Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc., tournament names, tournament rules, scores, rankings, boat names, team names, public factual data, third-party trademarks, or third-party graphics.
Users may view the site, bookmark the site, share the public site link, and use it reasonably for personal informational purposes. Users may not falsely present the site as official, remove legal or attribution notices, interfere with site operation, introduce malware, resell or sublicense the site, copy or republish the original interface as a misleading official-looking clone, or engage in abusive automated traffic that disrupts the site or its upstream source. Nothing grants rights in third-party trademarks, data, or content.
8. Favorites and Interface Features
Features such as favorite boats, followed-only views, movement indicators, themes if present, and Fleet display modes are convenience features. Favorite selections are local to the user's browser or device. Favorites do not represent official featured teams, endorsements, rankings, or tournament designations. Movement indicators depend on locally stored prior snapshots and may differ between users.
9. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with or disrupt the site, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions, impersonate the tournament or its officials, misrepresent the site as official, create abusive automated traffic, or attempt to use the site to gain unauthorized access to Texas International Fishing Tournament, Inc., Cloudflare, GitHub, or third-party systems.
10. Third-Party Data and Services
The site depends on publicly available upstream sources and third-party infrastructure. Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, become unavailable, or provide inaccurate information. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Offshore Live Results does not control third-party systems.
11. Availability and Modification
Availability is not guaranteed. The site may be changed, restricted, suspended, discontinued, or taken offline at any time. Features may be added or removed without notice. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not promised.
